Home in Lansdale Boro is Sold! - Finally!

Lansdale Boro, Lansdale - The 2-bed rowhome on 7th st in Lansdale has been sold. Well, more specifically, it "Settled" yesterday. Quite an accomplishment for all parties and I'm celebrating this weekend. We listed the home in Jan of 2009 and when we got a buyer in just a few weeks, we saw that it would have to be a "short sale". The rest of the time from then until now, has been paperwork and waiting for the bank, and more paperwork and more waiting. The buyers were great and hung in there and now they've got a great new home at a great price. The seller is happy because he can move on with his life and doesn't have the burden of a Foreclosure on his record. I learned a lot about short sales and I'm now doing 3 more.
